Read the blizz guides in stickies for different vit set ups n such.

coh is useless

a 20-20 armor along with a 20-20 shield and/or doom makes sense to have vs stackers. although that requires you to compensate for the eni str loss elsewhere, so that's a lot of gear swapping.
