may anyone tell me how TK works one a 63%es shield?

lvl 1tk and lvl 25 tk?

my sorc has atm has

900life/2600mana arround 8k fireball dmg

when i max out tk i have arround 3,5k fireball dmg but lvl 25tk.

If you are going ES, always max telek
