For pvp smiter should I use hoz exile or phoenix?

What does smite use ias or fcr?

Question 3

I know theirs no one size fit all build but what do u recommend?
I'm looking go make smiter be able to beat chars my windy struggles with

swap between phoenix in a knight's base and spirit in both knight's and res base
you use both. a good smiter uses eni

hl/fcr amu
ravens/dwarfs/wisps/bk/fcr rings

Use up hoz if ur on ladder if you can’t find a good exile or Phoenix

Exile st 45 all res and 65 ed

2 pally 20 fcr str/life ammy or w/e

10 fcr 15 dex 50 life 30 lr ring
Wisp/raven
Trangs
Dracs
Grief pb
Ber ber 15/30 coa
3 os 20 fcr diadem 3x bers


Also called a tpk setup, you can swap exile for Phoenix aswell

This is a very good vrs all setup.
