spirit monarch
valk/shako/griffon
stealth/eni
razortail (you would even use that on a 100k fg budget java)
2/20 gloves with adds
silkweaves
highlords/cats eye
raven + ring of choice

aim for 55 ias. 55 ias is reached through gloves + amu + jewel in helm, or gloves + amu + tstroke
aim for 68 fcr once you have eni. spirit 35 + griffon + fcr ring gets you to 70 fcr.
