Here is the info for Caster Gloves (trying to get 2/20 Zon gloves with 3 maek)

leather: qlvl 3
demonhide: qlvl 33
bramble mitts: qlvl 57 but cannot be shopped

For leather gloves, you'd have to include too many potentially bad affixes (like charged skills) to guarantee 4 affixes

So you want to go with Demonhide Gloves (can be shopped nightmare charsi or gheeds, or nightmare Elzix), shopping and crafting between character levels 73 and 76 (including 73 and 76).

This will ensure you are getting no affixes higher than alvl 62 (still including the "of the giant"/+15 str affix of alvl 59) and that you will always roll 4 affixes.
