Just found this website today, a bit confused about the trade here.

I checked 1 ist = 8 fg, so how many fg should I sell for my Grief: 12ed/3ar pb base, +396 dmg / 31 ias. (Softcore Ladder)

Does the rune to fg exchange ratio fluctuate often for Ladder-softcore trading?

If I sell in-game items here, just want to keep the fg value as much as possible

yes. so basically between now and the run up to the next ladder (in 1 - 2 months) runes will continue to reduce in price (bad for you if you have runes). The best time to use this site is:

1. Start of ladders for the first 1-2 days (then the first 2 weeks to a lesser extent)
2. when you have a pvp item that is really good where the value will not deminish regardless of when it is sold.

so on day 1 of ladder a high rune could cost 10,000fg+, whereas today it costs 150fg.

There are some many people with certain items (like grief) that its value will ever diminish.
