Every +1 frw on your equipment doesn't mean you'll run/walk faster, because your speed depends on effective frw ( EFR/W = [ (150 * FR/W) / (150 + FR/W) ] ), not plain frw, so you can have sort of a bp effect due to the fact that the result is rounded, as shown on the tables there :
