i’ve found info regarding faster hit recovery breakpoints for the Druid class online, and I understand the breakpoints are different when in Shapeshift form vs Human form vs One Handed yielding weapons. I wonder, what if my character is in Werewolf form AND is yielding a one handed weapon and a shield which set of breakpoints should I refer to? thanks in advance for any clarification on the matter.

as you are shifted only the values of the shifted form matter (fhr/ias/fcr). the different breakpoints for druid and pala only apply to the human form
