1. sunders apply ony if in inventory, right? not when put into stash, correct?

2. what if sunder is in cube in inventory ? does it apply?

3. while almost no monster is phys immun, the +phys dmg will work on each monsters dmg dealt, right?

1/2: charm effects are only in use while they are in your actual inventory. not while in stash, not while in cube
3. there are quite a few physical immune monsters in hell. they will all be sundered (I.e. their physical resist will go down from >=100 to 95), so no longer physical immune. the second effect of the sunder charm is inflicted to your character, not the monsters! you will yourself take more physical damage as a payoff for breaking enemy immunities
