I prefer 99 fcr javazon in D2R. Compared to classic setup, it requires fcr on gloves and 9 fcr on amulet with spirit shield. Also needs 4/40 to stay at 55 ias bp. Fast tele is especially nice for p8 terrors where 68 fcr won't keep up

first poster has it right. that's essentially the most effective and well-rounded pvm java build.



works if you've got inc stack on the javs, preferably rep too. those will be rather expensive though, and it's generally a waste to put so much fg into a pvm char for minimal improvements.

99 fcr is also achievable with a wizzy switch, which is probably a better bet if all you're looking for is a higher tele speed up to star. javas rarely get hit in speedy chaos runs so the loss of bo isn't much of a loss
