Depends what you want on it…….

Level of 92 guarantees affix level 90 which allows +2class skill

For any 2 skill circlet you should be 92+

More expensive, but coronets can upgrade too, and you can gamble those from lvl 87

Circlet and Coronet are Normal (Basic) grade helms, Tiara is Exceptional and Diadem is Elite.

Always gamble Coronets not circlets since coronets have the chance to become a Diadem hence the possibility to gamble a griffon ;)
