Lets assume ur running a phaseblade.
You need:
232 ias for 7 fpa
105 ias for 8 fpa
54 ias for 9 fpa

Back in the days u could slap on a 100ias pb and have 5fpa.

Blizzard dont know what their doing or how their game works. They fantasize about a hard hitting werebear.
However the game dont work like that, a slow attack where u need to get close without teleport needs to hit fast both in pvp and pvm...

So basicly all kind of werebear and classes of werebear is destroyed. They could just delete it from the game if this is their intention of werebear.

It's like having a 3 tonn wepon in a fps shooting game with. U cannot raise it to shot, you have to use 20 seconds to build a rack for it whenever meeting an enemy, it has an extreame barrel velocity but its bullets are made of stuffed bear's which you have to reload individual.

why not a fire bear? 2xdragon that actually uses the beast in a war spike maybe? still too slow, not enough damage???

To slow, standard attack on sorc is better in my mind.
There is nothing on bear thats viable.
Well shockwave got 7k dmg. Thats a thing though lol xD
