+ 3 Necro Summon Skills
+ 30 Dex

Wanted to know what I should socket in this, I know Shako is probably better but I wanted to try something different and the plus to Dex is really nice for achieving max block quicker.

Do you really need to block in a summoner with an army of 3266 skeletons and revives? And bone armor? Don't you need fcr?

No need Block when you have a million summons around you to take the damages
