Hey Guys,

i was always playing Softcore and want to start with Hardcore. I have one question which Hardcore Sorc build would you recommand ?
Because I have the problem always with "Immunes". Maybe a Hybrid Build ?

i would recommend in the beginning:

- Full Tal Set
- Stormshield
- Dwarf + Raven
- Cold Sunder Charm
- Torch / Anni + some 20L SC's
- CTA / Lidless or eth spirit monarch

Alot of Res, Life, some %pdr, MF...
Damage is OK to clean on P8 solo Hell CS

Merc:
Insight Eth CV/CA/GPA/Thresher..
Treachery
Tal Mask / VGaze...



For Dest Key hunting on Nihla i would change to:
- remove the Sunder Charm from Inv (so you can only kill Nihla and not his minions - if he is not cold immune)
- give your merc a insight in a non-eth normal Voulge (low on damage, that your merc dont kill any monsters that Nihla can CE)

other option is to skip immunes or farm area without them.

I just got a sunder charm with blizz sorc then beat trav and the rest of the game.

For D keys just get over 2k life and nature peace. use act 5 merc with lawbringer...

How does P8 work ? Can I go online then I click "Normal" "Nightmare" or "Hell" and can play Solo with P8?

All my players 8 Hardcore Sorcs have a high survival rate with:
- Max Block
- max Resi
- Skills: 10-20 Telekinese & >55% ES (damage reduced)
- some players prefer 50% physical reduced damage with Stormshield
- for Baal run and max level pushes I prefer thundergods with lightning absorb (Tele bitch)


Desicions making:
- always play save, if you loosing your char, you need to invest much more time if you play slower.
- Blind teleport with high teleport mana costs is risky, I usually skill a couple points in teleport (5-10 mana costs per teleport).
- skip immunity monsters - there is no need to kill every monster in the game
