The purpose of it is mainly to get the most damage possible while maintaining block rate.
Usually achieved by facets or damage jewels depending on the build.

Jmod’s only use is to sell it to people who don’t know what they are doing

Great in combi with dw offhand for rabies Wolf on d2lod.
As rabies got fucked without blizz even knowing what they do as usual, rabies sucks bigtime in d2r due to bugs. So since rabies dont work on d2r, jmod is useless. If you want Block, then u want dr%, so stormshield is always better.

If u ever find urself struggeling to duel a dream Zealer sorc jmod May be better than stormshield ^^
