if you want pvp and pvm id suggest being lvl 95 to even be viable for both.
the safest bet would be to go traps mostly and have 9x trap gcs.
Max all your Light trap synergies and with the spare points put it all into Claw Mastery, Claw block for your WW.
make sure you have 1 point into MB, SMaster, Fade, venom and Burst.
Blade shield is optional along with Dragon flight but they help.
BUT this is not an easy class to use. it takes skill to actually be decent in pvp with a sin and extremely expensive as well.
maybe Bui6Pays will see this and give better insight as he is a sin connoisseur.
just play around with it and find what you want and playstyle you prefer

yes there is a pure trapsin build but thats expensve as well.
they use claws that give 5-6+ trap skills along with IAS and good ones will run you about 2-4k Per.
If i were you i would just build pure trapsin until you get rich enough to afford a hybrid.
id get some cheaper trap claws like 3+ traps/IAS or just use Hoto with Spirit until you can afford those.
