Can u explain how sunder charms work?

why is a -89 worst than a -70 or a -90cold worths than a -70? wouldnt higher -res ber better?

Would you rather have a larger penalty to yourself or a smaller penalty?

i am not trolling man i just started playing ladder. didnt realize it also gave me a penalty

it ONLY gives you a penalty

so it removes the immunity from enemy monsters (but only the immunity, they will stay at 95% res)
the -Res is on yourself, so -70 is better then -90
