But usually it is too difficult to do. There's regularly not just one solo monster in hell, usually groups and they're much more deadly.
Even with mid-range gear and level 70 character it is hard to survive in blood moor.
On top of that, there's the 5% experience barrier that comes when being +-10 levels of the monster you kill. After level 70, there's also an experience penalty that increases with each level.
But, let's do a small attempt.
Zombie experience: 28 069 x 0.05 = 1403 exp per zombie, or average monster.

You need 285 041 630 exp to get to level 70.
285 041 630 / 1403 = 203 165 zombies you need to kill, without taking into account you get gradually up to 100% exp from level 61. So give or take 20 000 less.
At those early levels, you typically do damage in the 100-200 range. You have to do ranged damage, because zombie slaps deal around 70 average damage each swing. And they have 5% chance to do critical damage like all monsters do. So they can hit for up to 230 damage.
They have an average of 4600 hit points.
Even killing 1 zombie with level 1-10 skills seems like it would take an obscene amount of time. Maybe 1-2 minutes. It would though net a decent amount of experience. You would need to kill around 50 zombies to get to level 10.
It seems pretty far fetched. Maybe there are ways to do it easier and less risky.
