You can't max block in classic D2R?

Literally adding points into dex and block isn't increasing.

Granted, not played classic in a while haha...

your blockchance is similar with the %block on the shield
you dont have to invest points in dex

din have hs
and others can wear twitch

Classic can't increase block outside of items.

You use twitch or holyshield to max block

Consider using shard so those dex points aren’t wasted
