What is the minimum useful fcr on an assassin amulet? i.e. that allows someone to reach breakpoints in some reasonable use case?

17 for pvp

15 under rare cases for pvm < won’t ever be worth anything

5 fcr -> if u go for dual claw and just want to reach 65 fcr

20 from gloves / 20 arach / 20 helm
But u can easily take fcr ring ofcourse.
So basicly u just want the fcr to get the 102 breakpoint with griffon so u need 17...

So on a related note, is this amulet worth keeping? I think no, since <17fcr:

6 mana
regenerate mana 9%
6 all resists
