Would there be a difference in the clvl indicated to imbue a Gothic or Rune Bow in the classic?

What clvl is recommended in classic to maximize my odds of imbuing a Rune Bow godly +2 20ias +150ed etc ?

This guide says highest level possible but feels like there should be correct answer. If it helps I remember reading you’re supposed to wait until 71 before rolling marts

So I’d say if you are 74 already you can go ahead and imbue, good luck with your rolls. How’s bowzon in classic these days?
