which ring would u recommend for a java (im playing on HC so resis are super useful and poison res is not capped)?

10fcr + 4ml + 28 fres + 30 pres + poison length reduce + 1 maek

or

10fcr + 6ml + 25 lres + 7 @res + 1maek

do u think the 2% ml are overall better/worth it than the poison res + length reduce?

ml does not matter for java. most of your dmg is lightning, you only deal physical dmg to the first monster you hit, therefore you won't use ml that much

Mana leech with eth upped titans is awesome. But poison res is not that usefull.

Without knowing the rest of your items i would go with the one 6ml. 25 lres + 7 @res + 1maek are very nice adds.
