I just started a pvp Hammerdin and I am having a hard time stunning necromancers and sorcs. The smite, foh, tele stomp combo doesn't stun anymore.
I can't find any guides on how to rework hammerdin strats for pvp post 2.4. Does anyone have any references?

Stun is entirely dead in d2r due to fhr changes.

Hdin is just stomp and random hammers now. But due to new fhr, your opponent will be able to tele out before your second hammer Lands.

Smite foh still works. Just time ur combo. Nec is hard mu for hammer

I'll give it some more practice I guess.
Just seems really bad now.
