Just looking for some solid info before I go down the crafting rabbit hole. I've watched some videos about it and read a little through some of D2's sites, but looking for complete clarity.
I'm wanting to roll some nice melee rings, but not sure about the lvl that my char should be, if too high I'll begin to roll mods that I don't want? If too low then I won't roll the ones I do.. The rings themselves will end up at 88 lvl req with the desired mods, so should I still shoot for a lvl 99 char?
What about the rings that I'm rolling, should these be only from higher tier hell areas?
