I use plague 5 ls runic talon and cunning runic talon 5 ls 40 ias.

Fastest claw needs to be over gloves as with a -30wsm base claw, you need 42ias on main hand to reach max trap speed. That 42ias can be achieved on main hand claw + gear (excluding off hand ias)

But a trapper should never be using runic

While greater talons and runic talons are the same base speed, runic required you to dump 30 points into Dex (or use wrong gear). 30 Dex points = 90 life

90 life scaled by your % life bonuses from BO (typically around 77%) and from enigma (5%), make 90 life = roughly 163 life.
