Has anybody built one and have access to an updated guide for the sunders?

I am in the process of doing this, and have looked at sara's guide, its great. but just want to get as much up to date info as possible and not sure where to look for it.

Just go with saras guide. Play a bit and adjust something to your liking.
Sunders aren't very effective for this assa, as you have a lot of different kinds of damage: light, fire, phy and cold.

Can someone link me the build?

That sin is behind and majourly underpowered by now. I suggest a tiger tail sin or a trapper/kicksin hybrid with static.

See that's what I was worried about, is this old guide not meeting any of today's standards, but I really wanted the multi element mayhem overpowered build that this can be. I just got my zon to 95 and wanted to try something new.

Nothing has changed since the guide was written. It's a very fun build that needs high end items (infy, eni, 4 jwls 5-5cold,...) to clear hell in players 1. It is not overpowered by any means.
