Wants with Find item. Can't have Cold dmg. Too many times you'll break the "elite" and it doesn't allow a corpse to be horked once it has shattered.

highlords/maras/mf-res your choice

Gloves:

chancies or laying of hands OR blood gloves with mf and mana leech

war trav/hot spurs/demonhide/aldurs - depends on needs vs mf

upped goldwrap - gives you ias and mf and gf

nagel or dwarf (fire absorb is noice) - res rings if you need it. (you'll need it.)

Weapons:

(less expensive weapon route) Unbending Will/ Oath
(highest rune LO) Grief 5 os pb with 15%ed/3ar (main hand) Last wish 6os pb 15/3 off hand.

i like this build as far as ww pvm goes. the problem with it besides no res is that it is pointless. ww mf barbs are never going to be as good as hammerdins. i don't recomend going for best in slot stuff ww mfers.
i suggest making a a big sword bvb. then use have an enigma or skulders and an extra grief or 2 for pvm.
now if you NEVER want to pvp. ik helm belt boots and gloves, skulders grief/azurwrath. a good almost budget way to do it.
or if you want to make a ww berserk hybrid for pvm something more like this

My build is the meta for ww barb build that maximizes damage output while having good survivability, not something that i pulled out of my ass. You suggested a bunch of random weak items that like you said are all over the place. It honestly looks like you are trying to build a budget cold sorc to stack mf and moat trick meph not a ww barb.

OP, it's probably worth shattering 20% of the corpses since you will kill much faster. But if you want to eliminate cold damage from the barb completely then drop the raven frost for another dual leech ring and use cham'd gface instead of vamp gaze. This will give a slight dps increase but reduce survivabilty since you lose % damage reduce and magic damage reduce. No need to eliminate cold damage from merc since he isn't hitting most of the monsters and decrepify from reapers is too good to pass up.

You can hit 19k avg damage per hit with a gaze build, its probably better to get max %DR + MDR and sky high leech at that point then going full blown glass cannon with only some small leech on rings and no %DR / MDR.
Having 24% / 13% leech / 50% dr means just whirling anything but diablo instantly pops your life/mana bulbs back to full nonstop.

i like it. it looks fun. it might be advanced for a person that is asking for advise on ww barb gear or pub duelers like me. how do you deal with pi and mana burn? do you need that much mana leech? you use wiz not hoto for fcr bp?

Physical immunes are handled by decrepify curse from merc. Mana burn is the only time you might have to pot since in normal scenarios the leech is enough to sustain you indefinitely.

2x wiz plus 1 fcr ring = 105fcr and you get a nice mana boost to tele around (more mana than hotos or suicide branches)

2 hotos would give +6 bo which is nice but maximizing your life isn't that valuable since your survivability is based on massive leech. That's also part of the reason you spec full strength and no vita to maximize damage output (1 str = 1%ed) which further increases leech. Plus, with 2 hotos you would need arach + fcr ring to hit 105fcr which reduces your % dr and MDR so in the end the extra life isn't really that good. SoE pairs nicely with gaze because any leech is effectively multiplied by damage mitigation at keeping you alive. All you really need to do is survive the normal damage spikes so that you don't get 1 shot.

Decrep from reapers? Merc doesn't even have time to hit things before they die lol. Dual grief, both have to be at 30ias, important. Chammed face, highlords, goreriders, LOH, Arach, Nigma, swap to alibabas with 2 ist eaach.

Under "slow effect" 125ias gives 4fpa & lower for 54ias to have 5fpa.

Rings: 112ar/8min/6%ml/77mana/22lr/4mf - 115ar/8%ll/3%ml/64man/11@

I never even come close to dying. I ended up putting "Pride" on my merc for the Conc aura. There is some cold dmg in this particular setup, but the merc again has no real chance to kill anything lol. It's just a dmg booster.

Lotta fun this season due to drops. Think I'm gonna start getting back into HC though. Sc is kinda... meh. lol.

I like your ideas on a lot of stuff too. Couple things I didn't really put into consideration that I'm gonna test with! Cheers boys.
