Hello!

I will keep this short and sweet. Yes you can get through A3 without collecting the organs. I will outline how below:

Step 1: Rush to A3 as you normally would.
Step 2: Rusher make new game.
Step 3: Go to trav WP and have rushee enter Durrance 1.
Step 4: Rusher go to Durrance 2 WP and tele down to the rushee.
Step 5: Escort the rushee to the Durrance 2 waypoint.
Step 6: Rushee make new game and go to Durrance 2 WP (rushee can go to WP but can't take any town portals)
Step 7: Rusher find Durrance 3 entrance, then escort rushee to it
Step 8: Profit. AKA - kill Mephisto and continue rushing as you normally would.

Once you kill Mephisto and go to Act 4 it will give you "Khalim's Will" Quest.

But I think with a bad Durance Map escort a lvl 1 char can take longer then collecting organs with map knowing

Some maps are definitely faster than others. And of course it gets more difficult as you progress to Hell. That being said, the same problem comes with A3's wonky layout. Just an alternative I've found that feels faster in practice.

You can also (while rushing more than one char) collect and store organs (also A2 staff) for later use.

Nothing new, it was posted here after 2.4 realese.
Anyway someone told me it doesn't work anymore but I didn't confirm that by myself.
