better to pour more points into claw mastery or venom for pvp?

Currently, you should be doing both. Since In d2r you are given an additional 20 skill points as opposed to legacy due to 20 less synergy points in Lightning sentry. And the fact that dumping points into mind blast now is useless.

But, venom overall is highly overrated.

Long story short, each venom skill gives roughly 4.4 pvp damage. Even that is a little misleading since venom lasts .8 seconds in hell, and WW attacks faster than .8 seconds.

Is there a ww sin build that is good for pvm in hardcore? I just want something tanky that can solo mf hell. Is this possible?

additional points in venom dont add that much damage, isnt more ar+ds always better
