Is it needed for a jazazon to invest in dex for max block with stormshield?

Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated.

if u go PVM: JMOC (4sock/life) with jewels/facets or Spirit no block since everything is 1 shot anyway before anyone gets near you

for pvp i would use a stormshield setup for DR/block in certain matchups
