I want to get either war scepter or divine scepter or cadeus with +3 holy fire

I know you need to be a certain level or farm precise area to get both the suffix level of +3 holy fire and either of the possible scepter that can get 5os at larzuk

But just can't find the precise answer of what levels should my char be between and what's the best area to farm for that scepter cause whatever how hard I try I couldn't find it in 2 ladders and nobody seems to have ever seen 1 of those.

Would like help on clvl and zone for ideal farming of +3 holy fire war scepter/divine/cadeus that can get 5os at larzuk or just proc with 5 os.

Is it possible to reroll white items to lower ilvl so holy fire can proc and scepter still get 5os?

For fucking christ sake some people really understand all this?

1) to get 5 sockets the item must be ilvl 26 or higher.
2) to get staff mods from tier 2 your item must be ilvl 36 or lower - this means it’s only possible with a War Scepter
3) clvl makes no difference.
4) you cannot reroll the items for staff mods except repair inferior items. No good to you, as it sets ilvl to 1.

So you need to find a white War Scepter in an area that has area level between 26 and 36. That’s normal A4 and A5 between Arreat Plateau and the Ancients + All of Nihlathak’s temple levels.

Any white War Scepter from these areas will get 5 sockets from Larzuk, or cube with a 1/3 probability.

This is slightly incorrect.

In norm, all monsters have hard-coded mlvls that don't always correspond to the area levels. In this case, some monsters in early A4 norm have mlvls less than 26.

Also, norm cows has the necessary mlvls and is by far the best way to farm this due to monster density.

You are absolutely right. So long since I looked at anything based on monsters in normal dif I’d forgotten about that.

And yes, cows if the levels are right. Cow levels weren’t on my area list.
