storm/jmoc/spirit for pvp

as for jmoc sockets for pvp, you shouldn't have to rely on shield slot ias to reach 55/95 ias, so -20/20. and why would you ever use ed jewels on a java?

Imho jmod can be a bis vs baal's waves.

no discernable difference from a plain 20/20 mon. if you're getting struck by baal's minions before you kill them you're doing something wrong
