You can't socket superior items via cube recipe.

I'm sure D2 veterans already know about this, but........ I almost spent 200 fg on white 15% ed +3 GMB. Thank god the guy declined my 150 fg offer, and my friend told me it doesn't work. Hopefully this will stop someone else from making the same mistake, cheers.

And have in mind that low quality white items can also be upgraded to just white items. If you buy a monarch and use larzuk to socket it, it will get 3 sockets, for example. It's a lame scam, buy i saw it done this reset

also keep in mind that the staffmods on necro wands/pala shields etc change during that process... low quality 45@ ST might be complete crap after upgrading, even before the sockets
