im useing runic talon in main hand and that greater talon in offhand
and i got a lvl 16 burst of speed do i even need BoS and how much ias do i need to add if i dont or do need bos?

runic talon needs 42 ias total for max trap laying speed

Runic or greater talon needs 42 ias in the main hand to reach max trap speed

Ias can be on claw or equipment (not from offhand claw)

Meaning if you use plague, you need an additional 22 ias from gear (not from offhand claw)

ok so i got a 15 ias jewel in my armour but how do i get that last 7% ias then ?

and so i dont need burst of speed at all ?

fade is too good not to use, so you get the ias from gear
