102 FCR on cta side with spirit for tele to leg

2x 2/3 or 3/3 claws
Shako
Enigma
Magefist
Arach
2/17+ amulet (need 17+ for 102 on swap)
Raven frost
10 FCR ring
Boots whatever the fuck you want. Such as waterwalk or aldurs or travs

Max LS and synergies
Max death sentry
1 point into needed shadow disc (not shadow master venom or mind blast)
Rest into fire blast

For cheap, can shael shael main hand claw (over gloves) and 15ias shako for max trap speed with fade. 42 ias on main hand is max trap speed with greater talon/runic talon claw base in main hand.

If you get a claw with base ias, can use either less shael or 15ias jewels in claw, or none in shako. This lets you Ist main hand claw. Or cham shako. Allowing you to use Soj or bk instead of raven frost.

Basically base ias allows you socket flexibility or 1x ring flexibility.

what is the exact ias i need for a good breakpoint?
i cant seem to find the ias info anywares
i just get people telling me what fcr i need lol

Different bases have different breakpoints. Like Bui6Pays40Percent4Wins said, 42 ias is max trap laying speed with greater talon/runic talon claw base in main hand (above gloves).

The breakpoints are 5, 20, and 42.

cool ok ima use the ias breakpoint 20 till i can figure out how to get the last 7% ias i need for the 42
