p1 blizzard will never be good, too slow. Something like nova will just clear way faster, you get more damage than you need.

p8 is tougher. blizz crazy damage is really important there.

Looking at this i was wondering, is there a reason why Doom does less damage than deaths fathom for cold?, its -60 res against +3 skills and 20% damage. Does it have to do with how cold mastery work maybe? Never play cold so no idea.

This is the best low gear p1 hybrid build, but it is outclassed by any single element build and with end game gear it is outclassed by fb/nova imo.
