For Blizz, Which is better?
Debating on which route I want to go.

Same value range ideally.

Depends, is blizz your finał build and you want to perfect it or transition to other build/char once you hot wealth.
If its just for MF than full tal with stack MF is better.
If you wanna maximize the build with DF etc in future i would go uniq/rw from start and upgrade pieces
