This build is mainly to do Ubers and dclone on a budget here is the idea I have as budget friendly as I can get question is what would you change up for a budget friendly frenzy barb?

Amour- fort is the best bet with treachery for fade but any other budget friendly amour?

Ring-raven frost
Ring-angelic or dwarf

you dont need that much light absorb. Baal is your problem not Meph. fade and life tap takes care of Meph. what you need are stormlashes but that's not budget. maybe use a crescent moon and something with a lot of crushing blow. shafers and the other legendary mallet would be great ubers too.

Make sure you are stacking resist charms otherwise you might have to get kiras

String of ears > dungos for pvm
Pre Buff with trechery swap to duress

Weapons could include
Fleshripper
Stormlash
Black
Anything with cb really

the flesh ripper would pair well with a crescent moon pb now because they changed sword mastery to blade mastery.

A pvm barb should under 99.9% of circumstances be using guillames.


You should be using guillames head

Dual eth ettin axes oaths with dual lawbringer pbs on switch is fun.

Proc decrep then switch to oaths.
Also yes use guilli. AR will be a problem tho, arreats helps there.
You need a lot of AR charms.

you will have to use res charms. i think that will cost you less than an ist and should be able to kill ubers.
