Running a budget java at the moment as main char and i am approaching the point of the first major upgrade. Not sure what would be the first of the three to get first to help with general pvm stuff (mostly running chaos, wsk, cows and terror zones)

if you want a damage boost from a helm, just buy the cheapest light facets you can get and put them in a 3os helm (-res > +dmg)
