Is breath of the dying a must for this?

Or can i use the CoT helm / trechery chest / and lets say eth ca as weapon?
any tips for weapon choice will be appreciated

if you keep everything disabled, you can use cot and wealth and a good weapon. botd is an option. tombreaver is also an option - 10% reanimate shouldn't be an issue and you also get 50-80 more mf from it.
