Hi,
I am maxing Blizzard and synergies, then max Frozen Orb, so I can blast FO in between Blizzard timer.
Question I have, for such build, what's the best weapon?
Is it still Fathom? or +2 Sorc +3 Blizzard / +3 FO orb?

Fathom is by far the best pvm option.

Only occasionally is a 3cold/20fcr/3blizard/3mastery/ 2 socket magic orb better for pvp. To the point it’s such a niche item and such a minor upgrade to a cheap chatavuer class that most don’t invest in, there were virtually none ever imported on legacy due to its extreme limit use.
