Hey,

Does anyone know the best skills order for a blizz sorc?

Once blizzard is maxed, should I go for max Cold Mastery or Max Glacial Spike?

Sunder charm = all mobs 95resi. So make your math for - 100 enemy cold res

mob can go to -100.

I would just put 1 point in cold mastery then max glacial first. that would put you around level 40-50. then get cold mastery to -100. then fill out rest of your synergies.

It's not perfect but would be fine.

With sunder, you want to get to -195 cold res with cold mastery. Sundered mobs have 95res, -195 res will put them at -100
