Rest into blizz and synergies

No cast delays now

so orb / blizz can be cast at same time basically

Maybe blizz then orb/bolt no mastery idk

Want to try it but dont wanna waste my time

can anyone tell me anything about this?

decent? shit? okay?

Like i understand i could just make a blizz cause they are op
but if i can do something new and it be close to that effective why not?

please lmk or have any changes or tips on this
