Peace, 2 java 20 ias, shako, mara, soj or big mana+ml ring.

Kimsulki has a good build for this, the thread is a few below this one

If self found, shop 20ias gloves and a 40ias throwing spear end of nightmare, rhyme shield, smoke, lower res wand and as much res/life as you can and go

tals is a good helm. valks too. delirium might be awesome on a java zon if you can find an ist rune. peace is the way to go for armor. you should be able to gamble for ias gloves. you could also craft some hit power or blood gloves. ammy and rings ravenfrost + whatever life and mana leach you need. then + to skills

I can post you my actual amazon build which i hit 90 on HC. Its super budget and cost me only 1 item (Thunderstroke).
I clear Solo all content (even souls are no big problem with little more attitude).
I'm running solo Cs atm but on P8 i prefer fast Summoners runs, avaible without bo.

Thunderstroke - i did a lot farm with regular magic 2/20 from grind but it was slowly on light immunes and had to use wand with lower res a lot. With Thunderstroke (-15%res) i dont.
razortail - before i got 80+ HP belt / sigon (lack of fire rez)/ Mavina (20% frw)
20% ias gloves ( now i dropped with 4 str 15 dex but before i used any ias gloves

Now when i looted stats og ias gloves, thinking about switch boots for aldurs.
I i put a lot o stats in str/dex but with decent block rate i didnt die yet on HC when i play on p8 alot even without BO.
I got some fire res GC in inventory and few light res sc to hit 60%+ res on hell
