Which character would use this?
As far as I’ve read, it’s not really useful on a fury druid anymore.

Does it have any other good uses?

Its still very good for fury.
They usually needs its res, and the attack speed and damage is fine.

Yeah it’s fine but used to be BIS

Any other uses for it? Different character?

Yep, you have to keep that chance in your mind. Like the cold damage in reapers toll.

a ww barb could use it, but grief grief is better.

it really shines on many mercs.
