Just tried to make a Flickering Flame in a helm, RW did not work.

you're on nonladder? don't make another. i've heard some people say you can make them on nonladder but most people say you can't. if you want to double check, try to make a pattern but i doubt it will work.

You need to be a Druid to make it.
