Just wondering with the terror zones, if someone help me out it would be appreciated.

I've been away for a while and it seems I missed a few patch notes. If I understand it correctly, now I can go into terror zones right after I finish normal, then nightmare etc. So does this mean that new meta is, once you finish norm, it might be actually a good idea to go back to norm for terror zones and level up a little? Then I guess tele fast with levelled up character to finish nightmare as soon as possible and then repeat? Or would the "standard" way still be better?

id think they would be a good place to lvl. they are 2 lvls above the game creators lvl. im curous now if we can make lvl 99 terror zones in normal.

Think u have to kill Baal on hell to unlock TZ ( not sure tho )

You can enable it by killing Baal Normal.

TZ follow the same unlock mechanism as cows. Do Baal Quest on said difficulty and you can enable Terror Zones when creating Games.

Just cold sorc at all times

Easy game easy life

Don’t even need to respec to end game light

Cold still better for end game

Lvling works the same

Normal
Base: +2 levels up to level 45
Champion: +4 levels up to level 47
Unique: +5 levels up to Level 48

Nightmare
Base: +2 levels up to level 71
Champion: +4 levels up to level 73
Unique: +5 levels up to level 74

Hell
Base: +2 levels up to level 96
Champion: +4 levels up to level 98
Unique: +5 levels up to level 99

Example: A Level 40 Character creates a game in Normal difficulty.
The monsters in the Terror Zone have the following Levels:

Base: Level 42
Champion: Level 44
Unique: Level 45

Baals >

If you're level 40+ you should already be doing NM ancients and NM baals.
