i made a starter budget char that is a foh/lighting zealot. it's pretty good. it's maximum potential might be limited but it does p1 fine. it's good for chaos. max foh holyshock holybolt lighting res 1 to con, 1 to holyshield, 1 to zeal. rest to salvation. end gear is crescent moon, raven frost, spirit, and whatever you can find. charms- lifers are good. i would go with offensive over combat. lighting damage charms might be good too.
