Surely someone has the answer to that, so
anyone who knows is welcome to answer.

?: using d2 Anya's ias calculator (and i am pretty sure its the old one), i have:

for normal attacks with shael'd windforce and lvl 13 faith merc,

55 off weapon ias needed to reach 7 fpa, wich is the last breakpoint.

Can someone clarify that? Ty.

Where is the question? 7fpa is the last, capped breakpoint.
And yes, with shael'd wf and 13+fana you need 55 gear ias.
