It's hybrid but pure lite is super easy to sorb. And keep it in mind most of people treat plague jav as bm.

aim for 99 fcr in spirit setups and 68 in other setups.
40 wep ias, 15 griffon, 20 gloves, 20 amu = 95. you'll have to settle for 55 ias in your 99 fcr setups when you replace hl/cats with a 19+ fcr amu

Osamazon really outshines Damach Zon after the 2.4 changes, since hybridizing lightning is actually worse (slightly higher CS, but much weaker fury) while plague and DAE both got extremely overpowered, and bow skills now give pretty good damage per skill point that favors hybridization
Its pretty much a token to reset skill points and swap griffons for a rare circlet and you're now an Osama
